• Assists in the establishment of risk-based audit programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant.

• More than (3) years of experience and minimum 2 years of relevant combination of experience within a large organization, preferably within construction environment.

• Knowledgeable in Philippine statutory regulatory laws and its applications.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare LEED Program.

• Conduct site compliance inspections and evaluation.

• Conduct site implementation, monitoring and supervision of civil/ structural works on site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements and ensures uniform and consistent method for the control and handling essentials documentation and data related to the integrated management system.

• Initiates, identifies, reviews, issues and maintains controlled documents.

• Ensures that all obsolete documents are retrieved from all points of used and disposed of in accordance with established procedures.

• Ensures that all records related to the control of documents such as document master list, document approving and reviewing matrix, document revision requests are available.

• Graduate of ANY 4-year course.

• At least 6 months experience in documentation and records management.
